Deposit Policy

At Tattoo4u NYC, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional tattoo experiences. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and artist allocation, we require a non-refundable deposit for all tattoo appointments. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Deposit Requirement:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment.
  • The deposit amount will vary depending on the complexity and size of the tattoo, as determined by your artist.
  • Deposits are applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.

2. Non-Refundable Nature of Deposits:

  • All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to compensate our artists for their time dedicated to preparing for your appointment, including design work and scheduling.
  • Once a deposit is paid, it signifies your commitment to the agreed-upon appointment.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We allow one reschedule per deposit, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit may be required to book a new appointment.
  • If you reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
  • Rescheduling is subject to artist availability.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your appointment at any time, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • “No-shows” will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Deposit Payment Methods:

  • Deposits can be paid via Venmo (@tattoo4unyc), or PayPal (tattoo4unyc@gmail.com).

6. Consultation Deposits:

  • In some cases, for very large or complex custom designs, a consultation deposit may be required. This deposit also follows the same non-refundable policies.

7. Artist Discretion:

  • Tattoo4u NYC reserves the right to refuse service or forfeit a deposit in cases of client intoxication, disrespectful behavior, or failure to adhere to our policies.

8. Acceptance of Policy:

  • By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this deposit policy.
