How old do I have to be to get tattooed?
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). No exceptions.
What should I do before my tattoo session?
- Get a good night’s sleep
- Eat a full meal beforehand
- Stay hydrated
- Avoid alcohol or blood thinners at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area
How do I take care of my new tattoo?
We provide every client with a tattoo aftercare kit, which includes:
- Written instructions
- Healing ointment
- Everything you need to properly care for your new tattoo
General guidelines:
- Keep the bandage on for 3 full days, unless your artist gives you other instructions
- After removing the bandage, gently wash the area with fragrance-free antibacterial soap (such as Dial) and lukewarm water
- Pat dry with a clean towel — do not rub
- Apply a thin layer of the provided ointment as needed (do not over-apply)
- Avoid scratching, soaking, tanning, or exposing the tattoo to direct sunlight while it heals
